The average of your church investment score and your financial health score is the percent of your income you might consider giving. Does this level describe your feelings and role in the church, AND take account your financial health? Think about how you can share your treasure.
In order to determine your income percentage pledge, you first need to establish what your income is.
Annual income can come from tax forms, if you file these. Look at the box labeled "Adjusted Gross Income” to determine what this is. Make sure that this seems like the right number for you.
If you are not filing taxes, or another method seems more realistic for you, use your monthly or weekly income to estimate your annual income.
PLEASE NOTE that your personal income figures are not being requested or recorded. These are just calculations for your use.
