What to Expect

Welcome, Visitors

Our Mission

"We strive to build a beloved community through shared worship, responsible spiritual freedom, exploration and reverence. We are a Welcoming Congregation, embracing our interconnectedness, engaging with others by living our principles in our community, and working to transform our world and ourselves.

Come as You Are!

Without strictures on our religious beliefs or our spiritual expressions, the Little Rock Unitarian Universalist Church serves as a launch pad for each individual's quest for religious meaning and spiritual growth. We celebrate the unfolding truths known to teachers, prophets, masters, and to people from throughout the ages.

Our members and friends mutually affirm the intrinsic worth of one another and encourage us to think for ourselves. Believing that ethical living is the highest witness of religion, we seek together to act as a moral force in our community.

What to Expect

Sunday service begins at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 12:00. When you arrive, there will be volunteers greeting visitors and answering questions. You will be asked to sign the visitors book and fill out a name tag. You may sign up to receive the Outer Circle newsletter.

A nursery with childcare is available for small children and older children may attend Religious Education classes. See RE Class Schedule

After service we have Coffee Hour where we mix and mingle and generally enjoy each other's company. Children are welcomed for this "time all together." Young children are also welcome to enjoy playing in the nursery until 12:30 while parents might enjoy uninterrupted time at Coffee Hour.

Prior to service on Sundays, there are programs for adults that run from 9:45 or 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. To find out what is scheduled, visit the Calendar.

Feel free to pick up information brochures from the pamphlet rack or visitors' table. Plan to attend some upcoming events and classes so we can get to know you.

We look forward to getting to know you . . .
